Today, we released a new logo and website, expanding on our brand identity that began over 20 years ago when The Hennessy Group first opened for business.
Since 1999, The Hennessy Group has been a leading boutique executive search firm serving the life sciences industry. We developed our logo to represent who we are, what we've accomplished, and where we are headed in the executive search market.
The hexagon shape represents harmony and balance. To us, the hexagon has two meanings: what companies must achieve in their talent acquisition efforts in order to reach their goals, and our ability to deliver quality candidates who have the experience, knowledge and organizational and cultural fit to propel those companies forward.

The singular sculptural gold "h", which is an element taken from our original logo, represents the high standard and attention to detail we provide to every client. The "h" sits above the logotype to reflect the exclusive nature of the Hennessy name, our Search Process and the quality we deliver to our clients.
Our New Website
Our founder's penchant for detailing every conversation, interaction and idea, coupled with extensive records of each project, candidate slate and placement to pass through our company for the past two decades, paid off with a trove of data that we categorized in order to present a complete picture of our capabilities and value to the executive recruiting market.
Our goal was to create a website that tells the story of who we are, the value we bring to executive search, and one that reflects our passion for delivering best-in-class outcomes for our clients.
The information in our website includes everything from our first search contract in 1999 to those we closed last week. We also reached out to clients and candidates, both old and new, to learn of their experiences with our firm, which we also added to the website. Our goal was to create a website that tells the story of who we are, the value we bring to executive search, and one that reflects our passion for delivering best-in-class outcomes for our clients.
